Rosalie's Cucina

Skaneateles, New York

Rosalie's Cucina, built-in authentic Tuscan style, was established in 1995 by renowned restauranteur Philip Romano for his sister Rosalie.

The property has alfresco tables and interior seating on the main floor, and a unique wine cellar for private parties.

The vineyard's steel structure was part of an interchange between the Erie Canal and the Albany Central Railroad. It now serves as a garden used by Rosalie's chefs.

Delicious signature Italian bread and freshly made baked goods made daily available to buy at the Bakery around the back.
